We are delighted to announce the successful completion of our inaugural SEVENx7 Research Project Managing Maternity in Ireland: Maximising Reintegration and Retention. The findings stimulated great discussion amongst our 7 participating organisations. Many of our recommendations that emerged from the research are now being implemented by several of the organisations that participated in SEVENx7.
Our research showed clear benefits of flexible working, maternity coaching and a positive line manager relationship on employee engagement and retention post maternity leave.
