One to one coaching

We offer coaching services of the highest standard. We work closely with our commissioning client to ensure a confidential and tailored coaching process. All our coaching assignments begin with an initial meeting to establish compatibility. We work with all organisational levels and can provide referees to support our CV. While all our coaching relationships are unique we could classify them to include leadership development, career and transition coaching and specialised coaching on diversity or dignity at work.

We also specialise in Maternity Coaching Services and have formed a Strategic Partnership with The Executive Coaching Consultancy in the delivery of transition coaching to women in order to better support their successful return to work.

We are also a member of the Boss Whispering Institute and have specialist training in working with Abrasive Leaders.

Coaching skills development

Our commitment to excellence in coaching extends to supporting internal coaches. We are experienced in designing and delivering coaching skills workshops for managers and leaders, whether in one to one or group situations. We can provide either a tailored in house programme or will collaborate with a preferred SEVEN partner to provide an external qualification.

Individual Psychological Assessments and 360° Feedback Processes

We have considerable experience designing and delivering individual psychological assessments to select, place and develop talent in leadership positions. We will ensure that the process is specifically tailored for each role and that the assessment is fully integrated into the broader organisational requirements. We are proud of our psychological background and ensure our rigor and professionalism is evident in our assessments.
