Colette joined the SEVEN team in 2015 as a Leadership Coach & Talent Development Specialist. Known for developing deep partnerships she works with clients to design, develop and facilitate learning programs that create meaningful behavioural change for individuals and teams.
Colette has over 10 years’ experience delivering highly effective change in multinational, FMCG and non-profit sectors. She is passionate about people and their ability to realise their potential. In all her work she seeks to bring solutions that enable systematic and sustainable transformation.
Prior to her current work, Colette spent seven years in the technology industry, where she held a variety of HR and Talent Development roles across a number of businesses.
Colette’s coaching experience is built on strong commercial experience coupled with a psychological approach to development. She focuses on facilitating deep insight so that clients can attain both personal and organisational goals.
In all her work she seeks to bring an authentic personal approach to working with every leader, supporting them to address the challenges they have in developing the pathways to changing their life, business performance and personal contentment. She believes in every person’s potential to be the change they want to be.
Colette works as a coach tutor on the Diploma in Advanced Management (Business and Executive coaching) in Michael Smurfit School of Business and is on the coaching panel for Leadership Programmes run via the University College Dublin.
