Heike Hott
Business Psychologist
Heike is a Business Psychologist specialising in the area of personal development. She obtained her Psychology degree at the University of Konstanz, Germany and Bristol University, UK.
Heike has also acquired certifications for MBTI, Hogan Personality Instruments and TMS (Team Management System). She also completed courses in Systemic Organisational and Management Development and Group Dynamics and works as a facilitator for Group Dynamics programs for Breuel und Partner, Germany. In 2012, she also completed her training as a Rebalancing Therapist (Rebalancing Schule München).
Heike also worked as a managing psychologist for Pearn Kandola, a practice of Business Psychologists, based in Dublin Ireland. Previous to this she also worked for Mind and More Consulting Group, Munich as a Senior Consultant, responsible for the design and facilitation of National and International Management Development Programs.
Heike also worked for Lufthansa School of Business, Cologne in the role of a consultant in the area of Management Training and Development.
Heike’s broad experience as a Business Psychologist covers areas such as design and facilitation of customized leadership development programs, supporting teams in their development, individual coaching and career appraisal as well as managing personal and organizational change. She also conducts train the trainer /facilitation skills programs and coaching.
In her approach to working with people Positive Psychology plays an important role. Her aim is to support individuals in becoming aware of their multiple strengths and in realizing and enjoying their potential. During her work she creates an engaging atmosphere of trust and inspiration enabling participants to expand their skills and to gain new insights and experiences. She enjoys presenting new content in a simple, clear and yet creative way, activating emotional as well as rational learning.
She considers reflection skills as well as awareness and curiosity about oneself and others to be a crucial prerequisite for continuous development on a behavioural and emotional level.
Participants will leave her development programs/ coaching feeling motivated and inspired with a clear idea about how and where to use and apply their new learning.
