We partnered with SEVEN on a number of diversity & inclusion initiatives because they are openly recognized as leaders in the field of organisational psychology. SEVEN has worked with a large number of our staff over the years, including at a very senior level. Our goal at the outset of our work with SEVEN was to develop greater support for our senior women in the firm, particularly assisting them as they transition through a maternity leave. Having partnered with SEVEN and seen much change as a result, our senior women feel valued and supported.
